Installation & Setup:

• Place the autoclave on a stable surface with 60 cm clearance.
• Fill the 3.5 L distilled water tank and connect to 220 V±10%, 50/60 Hz power.
• Ensure the wastewater tank is empty and water quality sensor is functional.
• Loading Instruments
• Arrange instruments evenly on up to 5 trays for proper steam flow.
• Insert tray rack and securely lock the door (airlock + mechanical lock).
• Program & Operation
• Select sterilization cycle via touchscreen: 121 °C, 134 °C, or B+.
• Set drying time: 15 min (default), or 5 / 1 min optional.
• System auto-runs triple pre-vacuum, sterilization, and vacuum drying with real-time monitoring.
• Door lock stays engaged during operation for safety.
• Data & Unloading
• Cycle data auto-saves to USB; optional print via RS-232 port.
• Wait for pressure/temperature to normalize, then unload using gloves.

Maintenance:

• Use built-in cleaning for steam generator.
• Perform Bowie-Dick and leak tests regularly.
• Drain and clean fresh and wastewater tanks periodically.
