All orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Medical equipment is carefully inspected, tested (if required), and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the size and sensitivity of certain equipment, delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics availability. For large equipment like hospital beds or oxygen machines, installation support may be provided where applicable. Estimated delivery details are shared during order confirmation.
Shipping charges depend on equipment size, weight, and delivery location. Heavy or fragile medical equipment may include additional handling or transportation charges. Any applicable cost is clearly communicated before order confirmation. We maintain full transparency in pricing with no hidden charges.
Once dispatched, customers receive tracking details via email or phone. This allows real-time monitoring of shipment status. For large or special equipment deliveries, our team may directly coordinate with customers for smooth delivery and setup. Our support team is always available for assistance.
Returns are accepted only if the equipment delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video). Each request is verified by our technical team before approval.
Equipment must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Devices that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return. Hygiene-sensitive items and customized equipment are non-returnable unless defective.
After inspection, approved returns are eligible for replacement or refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
