Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the sensitive and hygiene-related nature of these products, our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to ensure safety, fairness, and transparency for all customers.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos. Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged equipment. Once the issue is verified by our team, a replacement product will be arranged. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, an alternative or refund option may be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include used products, opened sealed items, customized equipment, and personal healthcare devices unless they are found defective at the time of delivery.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, manuals, and warranty documents. Equipment showing signs of use, installation, or physical damage due to mishandling will not be accepted for return.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products undergo inspection by our technical team. Approval for return or exchange is granted only after verifying the issue. Medicom Healthcare reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet policy conditions.

Refund Process

Pickup & Logistics

In case of approved returns, our logistics partner may arrange pickup of the equipment. For large or heavy medical devices, special pickup arrangements may be required. Customers are requested to ensure proper packaging to avoid further damage during return transit.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the product is shipped or delivered, cancellation is not allowed. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.
